We are sharing an exciting new development in the ENERTOWN project’s suite of educational tools. In our ongoing effort to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of our training materials, we have begun creating a series of video resources that will complement the existing face-to-face and online training sessions. These resources are designed to provide participants with visual support that aligns with the content of the ENERTOWN Guide, fostering a self-paced learning environment.
The addition of video resources aims to address diverse learning preferences and schedules, providing a flexible learning tool that participants can engage with at their own pace. This is particularly beneficial for those who may find it challenging to attend live sessions due to time constraints or geographical limitations. The video series is structured to follow the training modules outlined in the ENERTOWN project.
Each module is covered through video snippets, addressing aspects of the training material, which can be later covered more in-depth, depending on the audience’s particular interests.
These video resources feature AI avatars – technology that brings a dynamic and engaging element to the learning experience. These avatars, designed to mimic human instructional delivery, offer a more personalized touch to the digital learning environment.
By using AI avatars, we aim to create a more relatable and engaging learning experience that captures the essence of live training while allowing for the scalability and accessibility of digital media. We hope these video resources will make a valuable addition to the learning journey of all participants, reinforcing the ENERTOWN project’s commitment to innovation and also to accessibility in education. Samples of the videos can be found in the Resources section of the website.
